Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion Rules

Like any other music venue, Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion sports a few rules, which the venue staff enforce fairly strictly. For the sake of the property, equipment, artists, and guests, the venue rules apply to the following:

All Weather Policy

The show must go on! Most Walton Arts Center/Walmart Amp events will proceed unless severe or dangerous weather proves a showstopper. Shows at Walmart AMP happen come rain or shine, but it’s possible concerts may be delayed in the event of severe storms. If shows are delayed or postponed, announcements regarding the situation will be made on location and via Walmart AMP social media platforms. Due to the lack of a permanent structure at Walmart AMP. It is recommended that guests bring parkas or rain jackets in the event of rain, as umbrellas are expressly prohibited.

Accessibility

Do you need specific accommodations from Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion for a medical condition? Walmart Amp ticket options are subject to the following accommodations:

  • Get ADA-accessible parking options
  • Bring service animal or medical equipment into the venue
  • Request an interpreter accompaniment if you have a hearing disability (in advance and subject to terms and conditions)

Camera Policy

You can bring a small, personal camera to capture your favorite moments and immortalize your concert experience. It must fit in your pocket. You can’t use the camera’s flash.

Cashless Venue

At Walmart AMP Rogers, AR, cash-free transactions apply. Bring virtual payment methods or a debit or credit card to purchase refreshments. You’ll also want to look at merchandise to commemorate your concert experience.

Children

Children over two years old must have Walmart Amp tickets to enter the venue. Parents and guardians must accompany all children under 13.

Food and Drink

You can bring in a clear plastic bottle of water outside of seat Sections One through Three. You can’t bring your own refreshments or food from outside establishments. Purchase food and drink inside the venue, with an ID to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Lost & Found

Walmart Amp guest services will hold found items at the venue for up to a week after the event. Contact a representative if you lost anything during the concert.

Prohibited Items

Selfie sticks, iPads, tablets, recording devices, aerosol cans, coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, chairs folding or otherwise, beach balls, glow sticks, hula hoops, illegal drugs, laser pens and pointers, noise-making devices, musical instruments, skateboards and any personal property that is potentially hazardous to others are prohibited.

Bag Policy

You can bring one small clutch and a see-through bag (12x6x12 maximum) into Walmart AMP concerts. The venue staff screens for contraband or prohibited items before you enter. Guests must leave bags that don’t fit these requirements in the car.

All guests can expect to have themselves and their possessions searched upon entry, for the safety of others. Walmart AMP reserves the right to refuse admission to any person not in compliance with all posted policies or the explicit direction of venue staff.

Re-entry Policy

Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion generally doesn’t allow re-entry into the venue during events. If you have an emergency, contact guest services for assistance.

Smoking Policy

If you need to light up, designated smoking areas inside the venue suffice (check near the East highway side and close to the back-gate entrance to the venue).
