Platinum-selling singer-songwriter Koe Wetzel made his breakthrough in 2022 with hit single, “Creeps” which entered the Hot Country Songs chart. It was Wetzel’s debut on the Billboard chart. Before he was already a cult favorite among outlaw country lovers even before that thanks to earlier releases like “Kuntry & Western” and “Good Die Young.” Wetzel’s nitty gritty and grungy approach to country music has earned him numerous gold and platinum certifications over the years. In 2024, his single “High Road,” went to number 1 on Billboar’s Country Airplay Chart.
In 2022, Corey Kent released his debut single “Wild As Her,” which made a breakthrough on the Billboard Hot 100. The song, which was spawned from Kent’s debut album Blacktop, earned triple platinum in the US. Two years later, Kent earned his first number 1 charting hit with “This Heart,” topping the Country Airplay chart thereby earning gold in the US and Canada. Wetzel performs a more 90s type of country music, pulling influences from the likes of Garth Brooks and Turnpike Troubadours.
