Lainey Wilson, the rising star of country music and leading nominee in this year's CMA Awards, has unveiled an exciting headlining tour that spans from May to November 2024. This extensive tour covers a multitude of cities across the United States.
This journey through country hits will see the singer and "Yellowstone" actress celebrating her numerous No. 1 country singles. The tour commences on May 31st at Nashville's Ascend Amphitheatre and will culminate on November 15th at the Civic Center in Monroe, Louisiana, her hometown. In the midst of it all, the "Country’s Cool Again Tour" will make an exciting stop in Rogers, Arkansas!
Although this isn't Lainey Wilson's first stint as a headliner (she recently graced the stage at Colorado's Red Rocks), it marks her inaugural nationwide amphitheater and theater tour. This is a monumental leap following her 2023 tour, which mainly saw her in smaller venues.
Lainey Wilson is stepping into this year's CMA Awards with a whopping nine nominations! She is vying for the prestigious title of entertainer of the year and boasts nominations in categories like album of the year for her sophomore release, "Bell Bottom Country." She also secured two nominations for single of the year, one for "Heart Like a Truck" and another for "Wait in the Truck," a collaborative effort with Hardy.
Her song "Watermelon Moonshine" recently dominated the Billboard Country Airplay chart for three consecutive weeks, marking the first time a solo female artist has achieved this feat in years, following her earlier chart-topping hit "Things a Man Oughta Know." As if that weren't enough, Lainey Wilson's presence is still felt on the charts as a featured artist on Jelly Roll's swiftly rising top 20 hit "Save Me."
